The Fierce Nature Sun Stick is made with pure organic tallow and can be used as a daily face cream during the summer and for face and body during periods of high sun exposure. Non Nano Zinc oxide combined with the fat soluble vitamins and antioxidants of tallow,  naturally help prevent and protect from sun damage without the harsh chemicals. 
 
Non-nano zinc as the basis for the sun protection and this is a mineral that works to deflect the rays of the sun.  This is unlike the chemicals used in mainstream lotions which work through a chemical reaction of absorbing the rays of the sun when they hit your skin.

We recommend avoiding these chemicals like oxybenzone at all costs.

Most SPF testing companies measure the efficacy of these chemicals in reaction to the sun.  As Fierce Nature don’t use chemicals at all, this reaction they test for doesn’t occur in their formula.

The recipe they use equates to a protection of 20 SPF for the sun balm and stick but like with any mineral sun cream, the thicker and more whiter the cream when applies, the higher the block out.
